As client services manager, she provides clients with value-added services in claims management, workers compensation e-mod analysis, and implementation of Internet-based services and risk management tools. Rita holds both the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.
